The Mustang has a unique, high MOI blade-style design that features extreme heel-toe weighting, enhancing confidence at address and the ability to hole out putts. The Mustang is named after an American long-range, single-seat fighter and fighter bomber used during World War II.
Cross-T alignment system coupled with the perimeter weights makes this one of the easiest golf putters to align to a target.
Three shaft options – plumber’s neck, single bend and center shafted – are available to fit any stroke.
Available in black and chrome.
Head Mass (g)
The Mustang is milled from a high-quality 303 stainless steel. The face is crafted with a billet-milled 304 stainless steel and is backed by PXG’s TPE technology.
TPE is a high-performance vibration-dampening polymer that enhances the club’s sound and feel. It also supports a consistent response across the entire face with PXG’s milled insert for improved distance control even on miss-hit putts.
Putters feature weighting elements in both lighter titanium and heavier tungsten. The weights not only allow for the head weight to be adjusted during a fitting, they also serve as easy alignment aids to build confidence when standing over a shot.
ThermoplasticElastomer (TPE) Insert
The Mustang has a plumber’s neck hosel that creates a full shaft of offset and mid-hang angle. The Mustang is a versatile design and a great option for a wide array of stroke types.
The single-bend shaft creates a full shaft of offset and a face balanced hang angle. The Mustang S is best suited for players with a straight-back-straight-through putting stroke.
The Mustang C is center shafted and has zero offset. The Mustang C is face balanced and is a good option for players with a straight-back-straight-through stroke.

Loft: Loft is the angle measured between the face and a vertical plane. Stronger lofts will create lower launch angles and spin rates, while weaker lofts will produce a higher launch and spin ball flight. Our irons are designed with loft specifications that fit the majority of players of all levels. We recommend standard loft unless a player has been through a full fitting with a PXG fitter.
Lie: Lie is the angle measured between the shaft and the ground plane at impact. Lie angle is adjusted based on a player’s physical stature as well as his or her swing characteristics to make the head level at impact. If you are not sure what your lie angle should be, we recommend using our full online fitting tool.
Length: Club length is determined by your physical stature as well as your consistency. Generally, longer clubs will add more speed but will also increase the dispersion pattern. If you are not sure what your length should be, we recommend using our full online fitting tool.
For golfers at every level of the game, the original PXG 0311 Irons provide forgiveness where you need it and performance where you want it.
A game improvement iron that offers xtreme forgiveness and superior feel, while maintaining the sleek look of a blade. The larger profile helps build confidence at address.
Inspired by PXG's touring professionals, the 0311T Irons create a more penetrating ball flight and offer xtreme workability for advanced shot making.
GRAPHITE: Graphite iron shafts are vibration dampening, light weight options. They produce a softer feel as well as higher launch and more speed for improved distance.
STEEL: Steel iron shafts are designed to maximize consistency and provide a stable feel for stronger players. Steel shafts are generally heavier than graphite and are available in a variety of weights and stiffness profiles to help optimize your launch conditions.
